How is the audit delivered?

Live, in a 15-minute walkthrough. We pull your Google Business Profile up on the screen, show you what is working and what is quietly costing you calls, and compare you against the top three ranking competitors in your area. A PDF gets skimmed once. A walkthrough gets acted on.

What does the audit cover?

Six pillars: category optimization, profile completeness, review sentiment, visual content, product and post utilization, and competitor benchmarking. Each one is scored, and they roll up into a total profile score out of 100.

What does my score mean?

80 to 100 means your profile is sending the right signals and you are in or near the top 3. 50 to 79 means some pillars are working and others are leaking rank, which usually places you between positions 4 and 15. 0 to 49 means major ranking signals are missing, and those profiles tend to move the fastest once reviews, posts, and photos start flowing on a system.
