More moving parts. More decisions. More tools. More people relying on you. What once felt exciting can start to feel heavy. The business depends on you. Marketing feels inconsistent. Operations live in your head. The website exists, but it is not pulling its weight. You know there is more potential, but you do not have the time or space to fix everything alone. I know how that feels, because I have lived it myself. That is where I come in.

My story, and why this matters to me I understand business ownership from the inside. Back in 2010, I left my 9-to-5, packed my bags, and moved to a Mexican Caribbean island to build a life with more freedom and ownership. I built businesses from the ground up, learned through trial and error, and discovered an important truth: There is a big difference between owning a business and owning a stressful job that depends entirely on you. I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel stuck. I know what it feels like to be buried under unfinished projects, disorganized systems, and marketing that never seems to gain traction. I know what burnout feels like. And I also know what changes when the right systems are finally in place. Burnout taught me that working harder is rarely the answer. The right systems change everything. That experience now shapes how I help clients. I care about building businesses that create results without draining the people who built them.
